The 2t/h wood sawdust pellet plant was build for our customer in Slovakia in 2015. It is designed for processing 100% wood sawdust from furniture factory and sawmill. We can also design the complete pellet plant according to your demands.
In July, 2017, a Bulgarian customer has imported a wood pellet plant from our company. It is a 2 ton per hour wood pellet production line and the complete line includes wood crushing machine, wood drying machine, ring die wood pellet mill and wood pellet cooler.
It is a 2t/h straw pellet production line launched in Poland, two sets of 420 ring die wood pellet machines was equipped in this pellet plant. It was completely installed and put into normal operation. The investor was very satisfied with the pellets made by this pellet plant.
A complete set of 2 t/h wood pellet production line was launched in Romania. The raw materials are large wood materials, therefore, twice-pulverizing process is necessary for raw material pelletizing in this wood pellet plant. The whole wood pellet plant is highly automated.
1 t/h wood pellet plant was successfully launched in Bulgaria. The whole pellet plant includes wood crushing, drying, conveying, pelletizing, cooling and packing systems. We are always here to customize pellet plants for your pellet production.
The 1t/h ring die wood pellet mill and wood hammer mill were exported to Spain. We have the whole pellet making equipment in stock. For customers’ various demands, we can give accurate calculation and offer the most perfect pellet plant solutions.
In January, 2013, we exported a complete charcoal briquette produciton line to Algeria. This charcoal briquette plant has processing capacity of 400kg/h and consists of wood hammer mill, pipe drying machine, biomass briquette machine and carbonized furnace.
In October, 2012, our wood pellet plant was successfully launched in Spain. The capacity is 1 ton per hour and the plant consisted of wood hammer mill, wood material drying machine, wood pellet mill, wood pellet cooler machine and supporting components.
