A complete feed pellet plant, from raw material processing to final pellet packing, can be divided into the following three parts:
— Feed Materials Handling System
▷ Feed hammer mill is used for crushing the materials such as corn, wheat, and other grains into powder with a diameter of 3-5mm, which is suitable for being processed by the pelletizing machine.
▷Following the grinding process, a feed material mixer is equipped to mix different raw materials homogeneously and thoroughly to ensure high-quality feed pellets.

— Feed Pelletizing system
▷ Pelletizing process is the core part of the complete feed pellet plant. The choice of feed pellet machine will directly affect the production efficiency and the quality of final feed pellets. — Pellets cooling and Packing system
▷ After the pelletizing process, a feed pellet cooler is needed to reduce the moisture content to an appropriate degree, generally, 12% is suitable, but for some customers in very humid climates, the moisture content can reach 7%-8%.
▷ The last process is packing, our pellet packing machine is vacuum-type equipped with a weight sensor and adjuster. It integrates auto filling, auto weighing, and auto sewing, thus realizing labor-saving operations. Vacuum pellet packing machines can prevent pellets from dampness, oxidation, and corrosion so as to keep them of high quality.
