With the development of intensive animal feeding, there is a great demand of high quality animal feed stuff. Animal feed pellet plant is a process of making feed pellets, which is more suitable for modern intensive animal feeding with long time storage. A complete feed pellet plant, from raw material processing to final pellet packing, can be divided into the following three parts:

— Feed Materials Handling System
▷ Feed hammer mill is used for crushing the materials such as corn, wheat and other grains into powder with  the diameter of 3-5mm, which is suitable for being processed by pelletizing machine.
▷Following the grinding process, a feed material mixer is equipped to mix different raw materials homogeneously and thoroughly to ensure high quality feed pellets.

— Feed Pelletizing system
▷ Pelletizing process is the core part of the complete feed pellet plant. The choice of feed pellet machine will directly affect the production efficiency and the quality of final feed pellets. Our ring die feed pellet mill and flat die feed pellet mill can meet different scale feed pellets production.

— Pellets cooling and Packing system
▷ After the pelletizing process, a feed pellet cooler is needed to reduce the moisture content to an appropriate degree, generally 12% is suitable, but for some customers in very humidity climate, the moisture content can reach 7%-8%.
▷ The last process is packing, our pellet packing machine is vacuum type equipped with a weight sensor and adjuster. It integrates auto filling, auto weighing and auto sewing, thus realizing labor-saving operation. Vacuum pellet packing machine can prevent pellets from damp, oxidation, corrosion so as to keep them in high quality.
